The term ‘AdsOnMap’, ‘adsonmap.com’, ‘www.adsonmap.com’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to both the website entity and the owners of the website.

The term ‘visitor’, ‘user’, ‘guest’, ‘advertiser’ refers to anyone accessing and using the website.

This TOU is effective immediately from 21 July 2011.

We reserve the right to alter or make any modifications to the TOU with or without notice. You must review the TOU periodically to keep yourself updated with the changes.

You understand that AdsOnMap contains postings, text, images and other content, uploaded and provided by other users of AdsOnMap. We are not responsible for any content provided by users made available through AdsOnMap. By using the service, you may be exposed to content that is inappropriate, offensive, inaccurate or misleading. You understand that AdsOnMap do not have any means to validate authenticity or accuracy of information provided by the users. Contents provided by users of AdsOnMap may contain links to other websites, which are not affiliated to AdsOnMap. We do not have control, nor are we responsible for any services or contents provided outside AdsOnMap.

AdsOnMap is protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to copy, distribute and modify contents from AdsOnMap without consent from the owner. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, dissemble, decompile or extract source code contained within AdsOnMap. You shall not use any automated programs to capture or access data from AdsOnMap without consent from the owners of the website.

Third party

Contents posted on AdsOnMap may contain products or services provided by third parties, whom we have no affiliation with. AdsOnMap holds no responsibility in any transactions, dealings, interactions with these individuals or organizations.

Conduct

By using services provided by AdsOnMap, you agree that you will not:

  • Infringe the right of a third-party
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Post content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Post obscene or indecent material
  • Post threatening, abusive, defamatory material
  • Distribute viruses or mal-ware of any kind
  • Interfere or disrupt with the proper operations of the website
  • Post any junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes

Limitations

AdsOnMap reserve the right to remove postings that violates the TOU immediately and without notice to the advertiser. We reserve the right to impose, or modify advertiser limitations including but not limited to, number of ad posts, ad expiry duration, ad content including text, image, video, sound or other types of media.

We reserve the right to block and restrict access to users that is believed to harm the interests of AdsOnMap and its user community.

Disclaimer

You agree that the use of AdsOnMap and its services is at your own risk. AdsOnMap services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AdsOnMap and its services are provided to users without any kind of warranties. You agree that under no circumstances will AdsOnMap be held liable, for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using services provided by AdsOnMap including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

You agree that AdsOnMap will not hold any responsibility or liability for content provided by other users, which includes but is not limited to content that is unlawful, infringes the right of a third party, impersonates any person or entity, infringes intellectual property rights, obscene, indecent, threatening, abusive or defamatory.

You agree that any transactions between you and other users of the service, takes place without any involvement of AdsOnMap. You agree that AdsOnMap shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred, in any way that is related to such transactions.

Personal Information

By using AdsOnMap, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

General

This agreement shall be governed by Singapore law. All claims or disputes arising against AdsOnMap shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
